Dr Philip Phatudi

Dr Philip Phatudi is an ophthalmologist with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) which he obtained from the University of Pretoria. Dr Phatudi completed his community service and internship training at 2 Military Hospital based in Cape Town and served as a medical officer on a senior level at Western Deep Level Hospital in Carletonville and Mankweng Eye Hospital. He received his MMed specialising in Ophthalmology from the University of the Free State. Soon after, Dr Phatudi received his Fellowship in Glaucoma in Finland as well as a glaucoma preceptorship in India.
He is a member of reputable medical organisations such as the South African Glaucoma Society and the World Glaucoma Association Associate Advisory board. As a specialist ophthalmologist, Dr Phatudi strives to provide affordable treatments for glaucoma and cataracts to patients in remote locations within South Africa.
Dr Precious Phatudi

Dr Precious Phatudi received her undergraduate medical degree from the University of Pretoria. She completed her internship at Dr George Mukhari Hospital and thereafter travelled to Cape Town to serve community service in the SANDF.
Precious received her Master’s in ophthalmology from the University of the Free State, where she completed her postgraduate training. In addition, she became a Fellow through the College of Ophthalmologists of South Africa.
As a practising, dedicated ophthalmologist, Dr Precious Phatudi firmly believes in providing accessible, high-quality eye care services to underprivileged communities. Precious is highly interested in cornea and refractive surgeries, ensuring that these services are open to everyone regardless of socio-economic status.
Dr Ashvira Moodley
(CMJAH)
Ashvira matriculated from Nirvana Secondary School in 2005, and thereafter completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree at the University of Witwatersrand. She completed her specialist training in ophthalmology at the University of Witwatersrand, and received her Fellowship in Ophthalmology from the College of Medicine and Surgery of South Africa (FC Ophth) in 2019. She completed her Masters of Medicine in 2020.
She is currently part of the the Glaucoma and Orbits/Oculoplastics units at CMJAH. She enjoys all aspects of ophthalmology with a keen interest in glaucoma surgery, cataract surgery, orbits and oculoplastics surgery and medical retina.
Ashvira is a dedicated and motivated individual who strives to give her best to her patients.
